Kendal & Brandyn have the kind of love story you can only imagine coming from a movie script. High school friends, grad dates, and then a chance encounter on a european adventure, leading to life long love.
Knowing both Kendal and Brandyn since our high school days, I was so honoured when they asked me to be the one to document their love. They are truly a pair that put one another and their love before all else. The love they show for their family and friends is a close second and was SO obvious throughout their wedding day. I felt it time and time again throughout the planning process, and can honestly say I just adore them.
It was a beautiful October morning that turned into a typical Calgary day with snow, rain, and every weather system in between. Paper Doll Events were total rockstars, facilitating a rooftop ceremony on the Simmons Building Charbar Rooftop, moving it back inside when it started to rain, and back outside for the final ceremony. Foxglove Studios created the stunning florals that doubled as a ceremony backdrop, and Charbar creating the menu and delicious food that was served throughout the evening. Pretty Sweet brought her “A” game and the cake, and macarons were a hit with every guest. It was an incredible day celebrating an incredible love. I am so thankful for the small role I was able to play in Kendal and Brandyn’s love story.
